Clergy Coaching

I am an International Coaching Federation trained coach specializing in working with clergy and non-clergy church leaders. I deal with a multitude of ministry- and life-related issues such as call discernment, congregational leadership, staff, conflict management and resolution, identifying mission and core values, education and curriculum, preaching, envisioning, and spiritual discernment. I have a particular heart for pastors early in their calls in ministry.

I am not a therapist, but the coaching I do can be therapeutic; neither am I a spiritual director, but my coaching can deepen your understanding of your spiritual journey. I will meet you wherever you happen to be emotionally, I will be fully present for you, I will encourage you, I will sensitively confront you when necessary, and I will always tell you the truth as I understand it.

I also have training in Transitional Ministry, helping congregations navigate changes in pastoral leadership or newly discerning their mission, vision, and/or ministries.
